As the old saying goes, you are what you eat. Nobody is perfect in their diet and neither are we. We try to eat whole, real foods the majority of the week. I enjoy cooking Paleo and Whole30 meals for my family and truly believe that eating this way is what provides the body with the ideal fuel to function at its best capacity. Farm to table is best, but not always 100% achievable in our busy lives. I always try to buy the organic version of meat and produce when possible, and using quality spices is key to good tasting food. This page will contain posts for the recipes that my family enjoyed.
